Delivery Information

1) How much would my shipping cost?

Free economy track shipping worldwide on any orders over $100.

For US customers we provide standard track shipment option, postage costs $10.


2) To which countries do you deliver to?

We can deliver to most of destinations in the world.

* Orders will be dispatched from our US and UK warehouse to your country, if it’s out of stock, we will arrange shipment from our distributors directly from Belgium or China.


3) How soon can I receive my goods and how much do you charge for shipping?

We need about 3-5 working days to process the order after receiving the full payment. If products locate in our UK or US warehouse, domestic economy free shipment would take about another 8-12 working days, US standard track shipment takes about 5-8 working days, overseas shipment would take about 15-20 working days, overseas standard shipment would take about 12-15 working days, it could be longer during holiday seasons or bad weather.

Due to the new EU tax policy started 1st July 2021, all EU shipment will be delayed for approximately 1-2 weeks. We will update information here according to the situation.

Posts which have been loaded to shipper’s truck or dispatched post is not able to cancel.

If post can not be received within 30 days, please contact us and we will open investigation to shipping company, if it’s confirmed lost, full refund will be given.

Please check your shipping details carefully before placing order, we can not take responsibility for loss of item due to the wrong address being given. If wrong address be given by mistake from buyer, we will arrange a redelivery once the wrong address post returned back to us. Please be kindly waiting for USPS return processing, and please make sure to provide us a correct address.
